Handling Damaged Shipments
Protocol for damaged shipments
When receiving your order, it is crucial to inspect the packaging for any signs of damage or tampering. If you notice any issues, document them immediately by taking photos or videos. Should you find any items damaged or missing, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement. Do not attempt to use any damaged appliances, as this could void your warranty and pose safety risks. Our team is committed to resolving such issues swiftly to ensure your satisfaction.
Address Modifications & Undelivered Orders
In the event of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, our courier partners will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse. We will then contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur additional shipping fees. To change your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the order is processed, we cannot modify the delivery address.
